It’s no secret that life is often filled with pain. Painful thoughts, feelings, and situations affect all of us. I became a therapist to partner with people as they navigate the painful seasons of life and encourage them toward healing. I enjoy providing a compassionate, hope-filled and judgment-free space to help people process their stories and uncover their strengths. My training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other modalities has allowed me to help hundreds of clients from all walks of life struggling with anxiety.

Out of Office Activities
When I’m not in the office I like to travel, watch documentaries (The Last Dance, Get Gotti, and The Pez Outlaw are all amazing!), play basketball, and play tug-of-war with my Mini Goldendoodle, Benji.
