  • Yes! We are in-network with Optum, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, and Blue Cross Blue Shield CareFirst

    We also accept out-of-network clients, and will provide monthly superbill receipts that will provide all of the information you should need to seek insurance reimbursement. We can also put you in contact with Mentaya who will file your claim for you and help you to get reimbursed!

  • Before your first therapy session, you may feel scared, weird, or skeptical. All of these feelings are normal and allowed! During our first session, I will spend some time getting to know you and your concerns through an assessment. We'll also discuss some goals you want to achieve as the result of therapy. While you are sharing these things, I may be typing your responses into my computer so that I can refer to them at a later time. Don't feel like you have to tell me everything during the first session. If there are things you don't feel comfortable sharing yet, that's OK! My top priority is to provide you a safe space to process things at your own pace.

  • Yes! Therapy should fit into your everyday life. We will work together to find the schedule that best suits you, and you are welcome to choose what weeks you want to meet in-person, and what weeks you want to meet over video.
